We shortly will be putting the finishing touches to our programme brochure for the new season of professional performing and visual arts following on from the successful programme last winter when all but one of the events sold out. We will be producing several thousand copies of the brochure (in both English and Welsh) and our website http://www.glasburyart.co.uk which has had 12000 individual visitors from all over the world since it was launched in July last year will be updated to reflect the new and extended programme. Details of the provisional programme and information about visitors to the website are at the end of this note and information about visitors to the website.
We are able therefore to offer an opportunity to publicise local businesses through both sponsorship and advertising and the packages available are set out below.
Sponsorship
It will be possible to sponsor any of the events listed below in the following way:
Businesses within 3 mile radius of Glasbury Bridge:
£50 - Business name listed as a sponsor on the event page of arts brochure, the equivalent page on Glasbury Arts website and a text listing on local business section of website, plus link to business website.
£125 – Business logo or name listed as sponsor on event page of arts brochure, the equivalent page of website and text listing with logobusiness name on local business page of website, plus link to business website.
£250 – Business logo or name listed as a sponsor on event page of arts brochure, on the equivalent page on website and a logo, specially designed banner, and text listing on local business page, plus link to business website.
For all three, where an event programme is produced the business will be mentioned as a sponsor and a notice listing sponsors for a specific event will be posted near the ticket desk.
